Product Features

  • The intermeshing rotors of GenerationⅠ, modified GenerationⅠ, and GenerationⅡ are available for customers after modification and improvement.
  • Precise wings of rotor profile are ensured by CNC machining to guarantee accuracy of intermeshing clearance between rotors.
  • Modifications and improvements of rotors’ fixed structures in axial direction.
  • Chamber inner walls, discharge door, ram, and rotors of internal mixer are cooled by water with large cooling area to satisfy various mixing requirements efficiently.
  • All the contact area with rubber compound is hard coated (by welding alloy or chromate plating, among which Japanese technology crack-free alloy for surface treatment meet requirements of corrosion and wear resistance.) including rotor surface, inner surface of chamber, surface of discharge door and ram. Robot automatic welding technology is used in rotors, mixing chamber, ram, discharge door, etc. to ensure quality stability of alloy welding.
  • Japanese alloy technology is used for dust stop sealing as option for customers to greatly increase service life.
  • Apply hydraulic sealing system is used for dust stop device. To increase rigidity and service life of static ring, half ring structure is available for some specifications.
  • High power and high voltage variable frequency drive system is stable and energy saving, which develops high voltage permanent magnet synchronous motor, the new trend to save energy.
  • The imported PLC of control system possesses advantages of simple programming, good universality, a strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, easy to install and debug, etc. by means of network remote control and touch screen for customers. Data and status display of touch screen make operation status of equipment easy to understand at a glance, greatly improving maintenance efficiency. There are manual control, remote control and automatic control available that cater to various requirements of customers.The S7-200, HMI, Germany BOSCH board are used to control hydraulic ram to realize commissioning and maintenance.
  • Application of PLC communication in operation and control cabinets reduce equipment failure and installation cost.
  • A series of modification and improvement on structures, machining, and installation of internal mixer can further improve performance.
